Description:

Compensation: Weekly gross pay ranging from $1800 to $2000.
Pay Structure: Up to .71 cents per mile for all miles, loaded and empty.
Schedule: OTR position with 18 days out and 5 days home for resets.
Freight Handling: 100% no-touch van freight, drop, and hook.

Requirements

  1. Experience: Requires a minimum of 9 months in the past 15 months OTR CDL-A tractor-trailer experience. Must include 2 months of winter driving in December, January, or February.

  2. Max number of Jobs:  3


  3. Age and License: Must be 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL and at least 13 months of tractor-trailer experience.

  4. Driving Record: Limited moving violations allowed (no more than 3 in the past 3 years, no more than 2 in the past 12 months). No significant violations such as reckless driving, speeding excessively, or using hand-held devices. Also, no suspensions due to moving violations in the last 4 years.

  5. Accidents: DOT recordable accidents must be 3 years old or older. Non-DOT recordable accidents should be limited (one in the last 12 months, two in the past 18 months).

  6. Employment History: Must not have been terminated from the last job for any reason.

  7. Legal History: No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 3 years.

  8. Drug Screening: Must pass both hair follicle and urine pre-employment drug screens. No SAP drivers allowed.
