Earn.40 cpm + .10 CPM training pay + .04 cpm productivity pay = .54 cpm plus the other bonuses

Additional Mentor pay is provided after the student successfully completes each 10k and 20k miles for safety miles.

Requirements
PRE-Qualifications: Â
Experience: 3 months current verifiable OTR experience in a TT in the past year and completed an accredited school or 1-year verifiable OTR experience in a TT in the past 3 years.
Moving Violations: No more than 4 in the past 3 years
Maximum Major Moving Violation: Will Review
ACCIDENTS:Â All accidents within previous 3 years disclosed either by the applicant, previous employer, or MVR & all fatality accidents (no matter when) must be approved by Safety or VP of Driver Resources and Compliance
Any accident with a citation in the previous 5 years is subject to Safety review

Terminated Applicants: Will Review
Felony Convictions: Based on Conviction Date
No drug/possession charges in the last 5 years and no more than 2 in a lifetime
No domestic charges
