About the Role

Immediate openings for Mentors/Trainers!

Earn.40 cpm + .10 CPM training pay + .04 cpm productivity pay = .54 cpm plus the other bonuses

Enjoy a Sign-On Bonus of $500 upon the pickup of the first driver and $250 for each subsequent driver.

Receive mailbox MONEY of $250 paid to the mentor after the student completes their first dispatch.

Additional Mentor pay is provided after the student successfully completes each 10k and 20k miles for safety miles.

Requirements

PRE-Qualifications:  

Experience: 3 months current verifiable OTR experience in a TT in the past year and completed an accredited school or 1-year verifiable OTR experience in a TT in the past 3 years.

Moving Violations: No more than 4 in the past 3 years

Maximum Major Moving Violation: Will Review

ACCIDENTS: All accidents within previous 3 years disclosed either by the applicant, previous employer, or MVR & all fatality accidents (no matter when) must be approved by Safety or VP of Driver Resources and Compliance

Any accident with a citation in the previous 5 years is subject to Safety review

Max. Number of Jobs: Will Review

Terminated Applicants: Will Review

Felony Convictions: Based on Conviction Date

  • No drug/possession charges in the last 5 years and no more than 2 in a lifetime

  • No domestic charges

Misdemeanors: Based on Convictions date

  • No drug/possession charges in the last 5 years and no more than 2 in a lifetime

  • No domestic charges

DUI/DWI: Based on Conviction date

  • None in the past 5 years

  • Only 2 in a lifetime

URINE pre-employment screening  

NO SAP/ Failing a drug or alcohol test

No Registered Sex offenders
