About the Role
Position: Over-the-Road Truck Driver
Duration: Flexible, with options ranging from 10 to 14 days or longer, depending on preference.
Route: Operating within the region east of Interstate 35, excluding Mississippi (MS) and Alabama (AL).
Freight Type: Dry van freight with low deadhead rates at approximately 10-15%.
Average Weekly Mileage: Anticipated range of 1800 to 2400 miles.
Compensation: Payment structure is based on experience, offering competitive rates ranging from 50 to 56 cents per mile.
Assigned tractor that can be taken home of Secure location near the shipper if available

Requirements
Pre-Qualifications
21 years of age
12 months verifiable TT exp in 3 yrs
No more than 9 jobs in 3yrs including orientation only
NO RECENT TERMINATIONS
MUST have a valid CDL in the state of residence before applying!
Moving Violations:
No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years
No more than two (2) in any 12-month period
No more than one (1) in the most recent 12-months
No DWI/DUI Convictions in the past (3) years
No truck abandonments at unauthorized locations in the past three (3) years.
1 allowed in the past 3 years: Speeding 15+, Reckless driving, following too close, Improper or erratic lane changes, driving a CMV without obtaining a CDL, driving a CMV without a CDL in possession, driving w/o proper class or endorsement for cargo being hauled, handheld.
Accidents: NO more than 2 preventable in the past 3 yrs, No preventable with serious violations, No DOT reportable preventable rear end, No rear ends resulting in a serious traffic violation, No Jackknifes, NO U Turns resulting in accidents, and Roll overs must be 3 yrs old.
Felony: None in the past 7 years for sex, drugs, theft/fraud, or violence Never if-active on the sex offender registry, human trafficking or acts of terrorism convictions. No registered sex offenders. Go by conviction date. All other charges will be reviewed.
Misdemeanors: None in the past 7 years for sex, drugs, theft/fraud, or violence Never if-active on the sex offender registry, human trafficking or acts of terrorism convictions. No registered sex offenders. Go by conviction date. All other charges will be reviewed.
* Drivers on probation/parole will be reviewed and will be required to submit documentation if approved.
